This is a private money tracker for locum and salaried clinical work. Everything you enter stays on this device — nothing is sent anywhere. Let's set it up in a few quick steps.
UK tax year runs 6 April → 5 April. Totals come from your entered payslips.
Two ways in: upload a CSV from online banking, or paste rows of text straight from a statement or PDF.
Copy the transaction lines (e.g. from a PDF statement) and paste below. One transaction per line — the app finds the date, description and amount in each line.

Every category appears here automatically. Set a budget next to each, and the app shows your average actual spend from logged transactions. Manage the category list below.
Add, rename or delete the spending categories used across the app. Changes update the variable list above and every transaction dropdown.
The window paid at the core rate. Hours outside this window are paid at the premium rate. Default is 08:00–21:00.
Add your own rates — e.g. strike rate, weekend rate, agency rate. They'll appear in the shift "Rate type" dropdown. Premium is optional (used for out-of-core hours); leave blank to use the same rate around the clock.
Rough estimate only — your real payslips vary with tax code & pension. The Trust deducts tax/NI at source.
How and when your locum work is paid. The app uses this to work out which payday each shift lands on.
Add or remove categories — they update every dropdown instantly.
